Coaster Body
Black Walnut Wood
Sourced exclusively from slow-growth primary forests, chosen for its deep obsidian luster and extraordinary structural density.
Distinction: Unlike common timber, its unique cellular composition makes it naturally resistant to humidity, warping, and decay. This enduring stability ensures the frame remains flawless across generations, gracefully aging with a richer, more soulful patina over time.
Finish
Indigenous Guizhou Raw Lacquer (Liquid Gold)
Harvested by hand, drop by drop, from ancient lacquer trees in the mist-shrouded highlands of Guizhou. This "Liquid Gold" is purified through a thousand-fold filtration to achieve absolute molecular purity.
Artistry: Each frame undergoes an exhaustive 110-layer hand-finishing process. This creates an organic, breathable shield that is virtually impervious to heat and acid, offering a haptic depth and silk-like warmth that modern synthetic coatings can never replicate.
Bonding
Heritage Bio-Adhesive (Ancient Protein Blend)
A proprietary blend of high-purity natural proteins and botanical essences, completely free from modern chemical solvents and formaldehyde.
Distinction: This traditional adhesive creates a molecular bond that actually strengthens as the decades pass, harmonizing perfectly with the organic nature of the wood and lacquer to ensure structural integrity for a lifetime.
Detailing
Secret-Formula Mineral Enamel
Our proprietary enamel is crafted from crushed natural gemstones and rare earth minerals, following a secret ancestral recipe for chromatic permanence.
Artistry: Achieving a single, flawless solid color block requires over 40 intricate steps, from precision filigree to multi-stage kiln firing. These crystalline pigments never oxidize or fade; instead, they capture and refract ambient light, ensuring the artwork remains as vivid and luminous centuries from now as it is today.

The Art of Leather-Core Lacquerware
The Leather Body:
A Foundation of Resilience The process begins with the selection of premium hides from mature cattle, horses, or sheep. Each leather core undergoes a rigorous cycle of soaking, molding, sun-drying, and precision sanding. This transformative journey spans two to three months, ensuring a structure that achieves a perfect equilibrium between suppleness and strength—a resilient foundation that resists cracking and endures through time.
The Lacquer:
110 Layers of Purity We utilize only the finest indigenous raw lacquer from the high mountains of Guizhou. After being filtered and purified over a thousand times, the lacquer is painstakingly applied in 110 individual coats, achieving a profound thickness of 4 to 6 mm. Each layer is cured within a meticulously controlled environment of specific temperature and humidity, resulting in a finish that is as deep as it is durable.
The Heritage Adhesives & Filigree Brilliance:
In keeping with ancestral wisdom, our adhesives are formulated from a traditional blend of egg whites, glutinous rice vinegar, and grass carp isinglass (fish maw)—a recipe that ensures an unbreakable, natural bond. The final artistry lies in our secret Cloisonné glazing technique; these proprietary mineral pigments are hand-applied to the delicate metal filigree, imbuing every pattern with a radiant, ethereal glow that seems to pulse with life.
